Request information on one of our great businesses, and once you sign a non-disclosure agreement, we’ll provide our industry leading Offering Memorandum. Then you can schedule a time to connect with the listing advisor to learn more, gather information, and schedule a call with the seller. Although we represent the seller on our listings, we work with both parties to develop the offer, secure financing, coordinates all the parties including the buyer’s and seller’s legal and financial advisors and manage the deal all the way through to a successful closing.
