Its a great time to be selling a small business!

The BizBuySell Q1 2018 Insight Report notes that 2018 started with record high small business sale prices. The median sell price rose 3.4% to $245,000, the highest on record since tracking started in 2007. The median asking price rose 4.8% to a record of $262,000.
